Here is the 30th annual Locus awards ballot, covering works which appeared in 1999. Subscribers of record, when we count the ballots in May, will receive a free issue added to their subscription (please enter the exact name and address on your subscription in the boxes below). You do not have to be a reader of the magazine to vote, but we reserve the right to disregard any votes that appear for any reason to represent multiple submissions by the same voter.

Do not vote for the same work more than once, except Best First Novels may also be listed in Best Novel categories. Feel free to leave some categories blank or partially blank, but please attempt to fill out most of both the poll and the survey. A lengthy Recommended Reading list is published in our February issue, but you may vote for anything -- please give both author and title as well as place of appearance. Deadline for ballots is April 15, 2000.
