Terry Pratchett’s Snuff stayed at first place on the hardcover list, and Reamde by Neal Stephenson also remained in second place. The new runner-up was The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern (Doubleday) with 50 titles nominated, up from last month’s 41.

George R.R. Martin still holds the throne on the paperback list, with A Clash of Kings taking the crown and A Game of Thrones next in line. The new runner-up was Broken Blade by Kelly McCullough (Ace) with 65 titles nominated, up quite a bit from last month’s 49.

All Clear by Connie Willis took first place on the trade paper­back list this month. The new runner-up was Honor’s Paradox by P.C. Hodgell (Baen). There were 48 titles nominated, up from last month’s 36.

Star Wars: Shadow Games, by Michael Reaves & Maya Kaathryn Bohnhoff was first on the media-related titles this month and there was no new runner-up. There were 18 titles nominated, up signifi­cantly from last month’s 10.

Halo: Glasslands by Karen Traviss remained in first place in the gaming-related titles, and there was no new runner-up. There were 14 titles nominated, up from the 9 we saw last month.
