All lists rank hardcovers and paperbacks separately, except for the USA Today list, which is a single list combining fiction and nonfiction in all formats. Dates shown are posted dates, except those in parentheses, which are dates compiled. New York Times posts its list one week in advance of print publication.
Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.

Robert Jordan & Brandon Sanderson's Towers of Midnight hasn't reach print bestseller lists yet, but it ranks high on Amazon.com and Amazon Canada today, ranking #2 on both lists, and ranking #12 on Amazon UK.
Two new titles debut, albeit not very highly, on print lists this week. Stephen R. Donaldson's Against All Things Ending (Putnam) just makes the official New York Times fiction hardcover list at #15, ranks just a bit lower at Publishers Weekly at #17, and is in position #76 on the combined USA Today list.
And Lois McMaster Bujold's CryoBurn (Baen) debuts in 20th place on the NY Times list, 21st on the PW list, and in 139th position on the USA Today list.
