Bill Roper is New Publisher for ISFiC Press

Former ISFiC Press publisher Steven H. Silver announced that his replacement will be Bill Roper, previously ISFiC’s business manager. Roper will also edit the next book from ISFiC Press, Seanan McGuire’s Velveteen vs. The Multiverse, due to be published August 2013. Silver previously announced his intention to resign: Silver Leaves ISFiC Press.
