Goss Receives Le Guin Fellowship

Theodora Goss has been chosen as the 2016-17 Le Guin Feminist Science Fiction Fellow by the Center for the Study of Women in Society (CSWS) at the University of Oregon.

Sponsored by the CSWS, Robert D. Clark Honors College, and University of Oregon Libraries Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA), the $3,000 award “supports travel for the purpose of research on, and work with, the papers of feminist science fiction authors housed in SCUA.” Goss is writing a book about Ursula K. Le Guin for University of Illinois Press and, with the support of the fellowship, will travel to Le Guin’s archives at the University of Oregon.
