The Rotsler Memorial Fanzine Artist Award is presented annually by the Southern California Institute for Fan Interests (SCIFI), honoring a lifetime of work by a fan artist. It's named after William Rotsler, and consists of $300 and an award plaque.

Where & When Annually at Loscon, the Los Angeles area convention held over Thanksgiving weekend.
