This table excludes nothing and includes everything -- all nominations for all awards and polls for all types of nominees.
  • Artist Michael Whelan has won more awards of all types than anyone else. Ursula K. Le Guin leads for works of fiction, having overtaken long-time leader Harlan Ellison.
  • Robert Silverberg has the most 'nominations'--though keep in mind these figures include all rankings on the Locus and other reader polls.
  • Writer John Barnes has moved ahead of Lisa Goldstein for the sad distinction of being nominated most without ever having won.
