This edition follows the revised contents of the 1979 Panther edition; it adds one story plus an introduction by Norman Spinrad to the original American edition, and is the author’s preferred version. The Saturn Game/Iceborn ed. Anon. (Tor 0-812-50277-9, Nov ’89, $3.50, 85/96pp, pb); Anthology of two novellas. The Anderson won both the Hugo Award and the Nebula Award. This contains a revised version of “Iceborn”.

Tales of the Cthulhu Mythos ed. Anon. (Arkham House 0-87054-159-5, Nov ’89, $23.95, 529pp, hc, cover by Jeffrey K. Potter); Anthology of 22 Mythos stories with an introduction by James Turner. This is a revised edition of the 1969 Arkham house edition. This drops four stories and adds seven. The earlier version was edited by August Derleth. The new edition was probably edited by James Turner.
