Contains considerable text which didn’t appear in the original edition (Macaulay 1937) and is different from the other re-edited edition (Jameson 1987). The newspaper quotes on the back are 50 years old!

This is the 1986 British edition, (printed in Australia!) now distributed in the U.S. by Oxford University Press/U.S. It includes a long introduction with background material and photos. It’s printed on coated stock and is a beautiful book. (CNB)
