There is a new introduction by Ramsey Campbell discussing his completion of three of the stories in 1976. There is also a two-page fragment not in the original edition. The completed stories first appeared in the two-volume reprint of the original: Skulls in the Stars (1978) and The Hills of the Dead (1979).
