• This issue's lead story, "The Condor's Green-Eyed Child" by Robert Reed, is the author's third about a Native American boy named Raven. Other fiction in the issue consists of a novella by Albert E. Cowdrey, and short stories by Benjamin Rosenbaum, Carol Emshwiller, and Matthew Hughes.
• Departments include book reviews by Charles de Lint and Elizabeth Hand; Lucius Shepard's review of the film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and a Curiosities page by Jason Van Hollander.
• The issue is reviewed by Nick Gevers in the July issue of Locus Magazine; he calls it "one of the most enjoyable issues of that magazine I’ve read, not for profundity necessarily, but for sheer consistency of wit and suspense", and especially recommends the Cowdrey and Hughes stories.
