The Dorbott of Vacuo Patrick Woodroffe (Paper Tiger 1-85028-047-9, Feb ’88, £7.95, 89pp, tp); Delightful novella about a world where everything must be tied down to stop it moving around. Woodroffe’s depictions, in words and drawings, of “itinerant semi-detached bungalows and volcanoes of no fixed address” are hilarious. Strongly recommended.
