This is a critical edition, based on the 1726 text, with 13 contemporary pieces (correspondence, comments, and excerpts from related works) giving context, and 14 critical essays. There is a chronology and a selected bibliography. Edited by Albert J. Rivero.

The Little Big Book of Chills and Thrills Lena Tabori & Natasha Tabori Fried (Welcome Books 0-941807-50-9, Oct 2001, $24.95, 352pp, hc) Anthology of 15 stories and novel excerpts, eight poems, and assorted spells, magic tricks, recipes, folklore, etc. Fiction authors include Ray Bradbury, Bram Stoker, H.G. Wells, and J.R.R. Tolkien (an excerpt from The Hobbit). Illustrators include Arthur Rackham, Edmund Dulac, and Jessie Wilcox Smith. This is dated 2001, but not seen until now. Only fiction and poetry are listed.

Erotica Vampirica ed. Cecilia Tan (Bookspan/QPBC/SFBC 0-965-01465-2, May 2002, $12.99, 616pp, tp, cover by Pete Abrams) Omnibus of four original anthologies of erotic dark fantasy stories: Blood Kiss (1994), Erotica Vampirica (1996), Cherished Blood (1997), and The Beast Within (1994). This is a special Quality Paperback Book Club edition dated 2001, but scheduled as a May 2002 SFBC release.
